High Falls & Stone Ridge

These two small hamlets are neighbors in the Rondout Valley.  On the western side of the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge, the landscape is both agricultural and slightly rugged with water falls and secret swimming holes to be discovered.  High Falls is a destination for its Saturday Flea Market and the funky Eggs Nest restaurant and  Stone Ridge has apple-picking at Stone Ridge Orchard.
