The Hudson Valley is an easy place to fall in love with.  Its unspoiled beauty and balanced pace of life is not taken for granted by those of us who call this place 'home.' Having grown up in New Paltz - and living out west for some time - it was a natural transition when I returned in 2003. My wife (also from the area) and I couldn't be happier to be raising a family of our own in this rich, dynamic community.  Right back where we started.

Now I get to work with like-minded people who are seeking that same balance.  The Hudson Valley offers a respite to the hustle and bustle of our downstate neighbors, while just a hop, skip and a jump from Manhattan.  My client base is varied - weekenders, commuters, first time buyers, investors, new families seeking breathing room, retirees looking to simplify.  There's something for everyone here, and it's a privilege to be able to help people find that perfect fit.

As a boutique brokerage we have the luxury of working with each client to design a customized strategy.  This was the impetus for starting Church Street Realty Services. The one-size fits all approach that many larger firms employ is no longer effective.

A broker's role has changed over the past several years.  The internet provides real estate professionals - and buyers and sellers - with easier access to information and a new set of tools.  Leveraging this new technology is paramount in order to be effective in today's competitive market.  We are forward thinking and excited by the fact that technology has dovetailed with the more traditional (though equally important) elements of a successful real estate deal.

As the principal broker and owner of Church Street Realty Services I draw on my knowledge of the area and local market, as well as  my background in marketing, to provide a first-rate client experience to the buyers and sellers I have the fortune of working with.
