Keith listened to our needs and allowed us to make our own decisions when timing and pricing our townhome. He never pushed a different agenda that was more suited to his needs. When photographing the unit, Keith obtained a professional, real estate experienced photographer that spent an entire 1/2 day arranging the townhouse to take advantage of lighting and best viewing setup (moved furniture, eliminated counter clutter, set drapes). Doing all of this prep work paid off as the unit was immediately shown to potential buyers and 2 of the first 3 made offers.
